Really good stay with very nice staff

i felt very welcomed by the staff. mbok ratih pak andra and pak adi provided really good service i always looked forward to i appreciated their warmth attentiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction. bli tude and bli belly maintained my ocean front studio with great care even accommodating special requests i had. the housekeeping attention to detail was evident i always felt comfortable because of their hard work. the location allowed convenient walks to nearby restaurants i could easily explore various dining options. the hotel offers shuttle service to the main gate simplifying taxi arrangements too.

my oceanfront studio had a balcony with sea views it was equipped with blackout curtains. the room included a minibar stocked daily and a safe for valuables it offered peace of mind. there was also a comfortable seating area.

Fantastic Stay, Modern and Clean
thoughtful design convenient access quiet environment hotel facilities
The room had great features and thoughtful design. I especially appreciated the ice chest provided! The hotel has multiple bars, restaurants, beach clubs, a pool, gym, library, and coffee shop. It was convenient to have everything accessible. My room provided a quiet environment which was important to me.

The hotel features a spacious infinity pool with daybeds. There is also a kids pool near the main one, both overlooking the Indian Ocean. A rooftop bar offers drinks and snacks and is a prime location for sunset views.

incomplete amenities repetitive menu
I was a bit let down . The rooftop suite, while expensive, lacked attention to detail. We had minor inconveniences such as coffee not being provided and towels not being replaced, this happened even after the daily room cleaning. The lights were also complicated to operate. I found that the breakfast menu stayed the same every day, although it was fairly good, it was not excellent.

minimalist and Functional
functional room welcome gift lovely pool
i found the room setup minimalist yet functional. a welcome gift included cocktail makings with mixers, limes, and local spirits. yummy snacks. the pools are lovely, and breakfast poolside is available , a nice touch. i ate at the beach club bar, and the food was good.
the hotel did not inform us that the hotel was a building site , a restaurant was closed, and our bedroom window overlooked scaffolding , one of the main features was blocked.

the staff are super friendly and helpful , even retrieving a bag from the airport. the room service staff, receptionists, and other team members provide really good hospitality , evident throughout the hotel.

the base room offers good size with a hot , powerful shower. lots of courtesy drinks are provided in the room. the room included cocktail ingredients and tools, so guests can make their own drinks.

breakfast is excellent, with a beachside location and varied options. i love that they recycle basically everything , it's excellent. the dome restaurant serves western food, while the club offers local indonesian dishes.

A Decent Stay
clean rooms generous inclusions amazing views
I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. Staff provided generous inclusions. Breakfast by the pool offered amazing views of the beach and sunset. I found the waves crashing nearby quite soothing.
The electricity cut out twice in our room during two days, quite inconvenient. Workmen had to enter our room in the evening.

I had to deal with a closed restaurant and noise. There was a scaffolding view from my bedroom window, it masked the hotel's main features.
